Building a Stronger Future for Crittenden County
Triple Oak Power is developing the 200 MW Long Grain Wind project in Crittenden County, Arkansas. The project will provide a reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy source to the regional electric grid and will bring significant long-term investment to the Crittenden County community.
This project will preserve and protect the community’s agricultural landscape for current and future generations. Thanks to improved wind turbine technology, wind at greater heights can be captured to provide an energy source with a footprint that coexists with existing agricultural practices.

Supporting the Local Economy
Long Grain Wind will contribute millions of dollars to Crittenden County over the life of the project, benefiting our landowner partners, Marion and Earle School Districts, county services and infrastructure, local non-profit organizations, and provide local job opportunities. The project will employ hundreds of people during construction, and these workers will support local restaurants, hotels, gas stations, and other businesses. Once constructed, the project will support approximately 10 full-time, local employees.
